“ We had a large group of us visit, over 15 of us. They booked us in which was great. They gave us a big area and there were enough tables and chairs. The food was very tasty. We had a 3 tier and Tea for 2 people but it is enough food for 3 people's realistically. However they were happy for us to take leftovers home. We only had one serving of teapots, it would have been nice to have a 2nd pot of tea or filter coffee per 2 people. Some of us had speciality brewed coffees as our 2nd drink was very nice, we paid extra for these which was ok as not included in the deal. Other customers seemed happy and the staff were pleasant and worked hard. It was generally clean too. I will go again one day. ”

“ We met some family here for a lunch and when I arrived If I'm honest I didn't think would be good food. However as soon as we were greeted the staff were super friendly and very accommodating, bringing highchairs before even asking. They are very friendly, helpful and just so lovely. Everyone working there were fabulous nothing seemed too much. Food was absolutely delicious everyone's food was amazing as were the children's meals. Really fresh. It was that good we all met up again the next morning for breakfast Would definitely come back next time we visited. Thank you so much for being so amazing and was a really relaxed experience. ”

Our family-run cafe provides freshly prepared food, which is served all day in one of the most unique buildings in North Devon. This iconic structure, known as Queens Anne’s Walk, consists of a Grade I-listed colonnade built in 1708 and a Grade II building which was added later. It has had many uses, including: Public Baths Masonic Lodge Heritage Centre Now fully refurbished, we invite you to enjoy these fabulous surroundings whilst having a bite to eat or some coffee and cake. We serve loose-leaf tea, freshly ground coffee, homemade cakes, breakfast, lunch, a local fresh fish specials board and are fully licensed. The Cafe offers two versatile and spacious internal dining areas, plus a large covered outdoor area under the impressive Colonnade ”
“ Love it when a place serves breakfast all day A very lovely interior, wasn't expecting it to be so big, lovely high ceilings with large old photographs of when the old shops used to dock. Had a very tasty English breakfast, daughter had a vegetarian breakfast. Service was excellent, friendly and attentive, just perfect Will be visiting again, thank you. ”
“ What a lovely breakfast I had here today. Food was lovely but what really stood out was the wonderful service we received from the young lady with the tattoo's. She really took the time to make sure we were satisfied. I hope management know what a gem they have in her. She absolutely made my morning and I hope to be greeted by her the next time I come by. ”
“ Lovely historical building now a cafe/diner. Popped in for a breakfast and was surprised at the menu. Something for everyone with alot of choices. Clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and efficient, good service. Family friendly, good for all ages. The breakfast options are good. I had the fish chowder on the specials board, excellent. Overall a good experience. One downside, I did not like the tea, I think it was made from tap water, if you drink tea with no milk or sugar I would not recommend that. ”
